1: Enquiry and Assessment

As soon as your enquiry comes in, we begin assessing every detail to start that solutions focused approach guaranteed to meet the quality demands of the project.

2: Comprehensive Quotation

Our quotation will capture all the possible options as well as identify all design and scope gaps to help remove any risk of variations on your project.

3: Post Tender Meeting Checklist

When you hold a post-tender or pre-contract meeting, we’ll bring a pre-prepared checklist to identify and capture a range of important items for the project. From checking attendances to identifying scope gaps and potential flawed design, this extra behind-the-scenes preparation by us ensures you get all the information you need to confidently place your order, without ambiguities.

4: Get to Know Your Team

Once your order is in, we send you the names and details of every team member at Rock that you’ll encounter throughout your project, including your Quantity Surveyor, Technical Manager and Operations Manager. We’ll assign your Contracts Manager later in the process.

5: Design Support and Working Drawings

Our Technical Manager will apply the manufacturer’s standard details to your project by producing a full set of working drawings specific to your building. This process ensures that we proactively address all interfaces so that you can be confident that what we are installing works with your building and other trades.

6: Meet Your Contracts Manager

This will be your main point of contact throughout the project, giving you full visibility and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

7: Pre-Start Meeting

We arrange this meeting to include all parties involved in the roofing and cladding package. It ensures all issues are ironed out before we arrive on site and keeps everyone (including you) well informed of planned activity.

8: Safety Checks

We carry out all on-site checks and ensure safety documentation is organised thoroughly and promptly before work commences. We then run an additional check when arriving on site to begin the project, followed by daily documented safety checks for the duration, giving you complete peace of mind.

9: Installation Begins

We carry out the installation, constantly monitoring and reporting on quality as we go.

10: Final Quality Checks

We check every last detail is entirely as it should be, before sending you a full handover complete with quality documentation and O&Ms.

11: Over To You

We arrange for you to have your say on how we performed. We’ll listen to the feedback and make any necessary changes to help us better serve you.
